Collectors
are designed, manufactured and fabricated using "best
practice" for each merge.
All tube merge points feature "tube over" steps for flow
reversion minimization. Some models feature anti-reversion tubes at
flange also.
Superior
shaped flanges Heavy Duty 3/8" thick - to avoid distortion.
Exhaust
headers are calculated and designed using our own computer software
package to achieve the desired power and torque spread. Proven to give
results.
Headers
for BMC engines are generally designed
to suit round or 'D' shaped ports - for superior flow potential.
Long
primary tube design - exhaust valves
stay cooler due to separating exhaust pulses - particularly on BMC 5-
port engines.
Custom
